Description

This is a used APV HCT3.5 Continuous Butter Churn with APV FMG+ 2-Head Bulk Butter Packer. This high-capacity butter processing line features an APV HCT-3.5 Continuous Butter Churn with an output capacity of approx. 11,000 kg/hr, based on cream feed in rate of approx 25,000 LPH (Output capacity depends on cream quality and fat content). The system includes a Cream Buffer Tank, integrated Vacuum Pump, Lobe Pump for Cream, Cream pre-heater and Butter Milk Cooler Plate Heat Exchangers, Salt Brine Dosing, 2x Integrated Waukesha Butter Pump mounted on the Outlet of the Butter Churn and a WAL Moisture Control System. Butter from the Churn is transferred to an Egli 6000 SU Butter Silo equipped with 2x Waukesha Butter Pumps feeding an APV Twin-Head Bulk Packer FMG+, designed for 25 kg butter boxes (max 30 kg). The packer delivers approx. 10,000 kg/hr throughput. This line is completed with 2x Sait SM11 INOX Box Closers for secure top and bottom sealing of cardboard boxes with plastic liner inserts.
