This is a APV Pasilac HCT1 Continuous Butter Churn, capable of producing approximately 2,000 kg of butter per hour with a cream feed-in capacity of around 4,500 LPH (38% cream). The unit includes a butter pump, buttermilk pump, dosing pumps, brine makeup tank, and more. Previously operated in the butter processing plant of a leading UK dairy.
