100 LPH Tetra Pak Food Processing R&D Laboratory Plant

Description

This is an used Tetra Pak Pilot & Laboratory Food Processing Plant. This Tetra Pak Pilot Mixing & Homogenising Plant was previously installed at a UK University and used for training students in food processing. This skid-mounted unit is complete with 3x Diessel Jacketed Mixing Tanks, each fitted with an agitator / Mixer and the possibility of heating with steam or cooling with chilled water. This small scale homogenising, mixing & processing plant also includes an FBF High Pressure Homogeniser with a capacity of approx 100 litres per hour (varies depending on the product & viscosity) and a maximum working pressure of 200 bar, CIP Pump and fully intergrated control panel (with an inbuilt chart recorder) to operate the plant.
