The Simon Freres MD 1219 TP Contimab has an output capacity of approx 2,000 – 4,000 kg per hour, producing sweet butter at 82% butter fat. Also included with this line are a Simon Freres Buttermilk Recycling System, Vacuum Pump and Dosing System. Simon Freres MD120 Continuous Butter Churn come with fully integrated HMI Touchscreen Panel and Siemens S7 PLC with Inverters mounted on an open panel which was installed in a remote dry room.
