Equipped with 2,608 m² of installed membrane surface, the plant operates at a typical pressure range of 25–35 bar and can process up to 20,500 litres per hour over a 10-hour production cycle. Its advanced membrane technology delivers a threefold concentration ratio, making it ideal for applications such as whey concentration, beverage production, and other liquid separation processes. Built to withstand operating temperatures of up to 45 °C, and capable of working at 45–50 °C with reduced pressure requirements, the system offers both flexibility and energy efficiency.
