Description

This used Egli EKB4-1EP Continuous Butter Churn is available in excellent operating condition and will remain in production until September 2026. Manufactured in 2015 by the renowned Swiss dairy equipment manufacturer Egli AG, this industrial continuous butter making machine is designed for high-capacity butter production with an output of approximately 2,500 kg of butter per hour from cream containing 37–42% fat. The system is supplied complete with a fully integrated Siemens PLC control system, Touch Screen HMI, frequency inverter speed control, vacuum system, brine and lactic dosing equipment for cultured butter production, integrated CIP cleaning system, and complete electrical documentation.
