The Simon Freres Constistock Bulk Butter Packer is specifically designed for the efficient bulk packaging of Butter or Margarine into Plastic Lined Cardboard Carton Boxes with a capacity of up to 25kg (Adjustable Volume) with an output capacity of up to 2,500 kg per hour. It is equipped with an integrated Hopper and a Twin Screw Auger to ensure optimal handling of the product. This semi-automatic carton box filler is meticulously engineered for the bulk packaging of butter, preventing any kneading effect or damage to the product's texture. The extruder is made from stainless steel and includes two stainless steel augers, along with a switch to stop the filling process.
