ROKK Processing offers this R-MX Batch Turbo High Shear Mixer & Process Tank which comes with Double (Twin) Top Entry High Shear Mixers with Shearing assembly and Scraped Surface Mixers. This ROKK R_MX Turbo High Shear Mixer is of 304 Grade stainless steel construction and comes fitted with a re-circulation jacketed on the sides and bottom, which can be used for heating (or) cooling, depending on the intended process. There are two Top Entry Turbo High Shear Mixer which run at a speed of 900 RPM, which can be run individually or together depending on the product and process requirement, coupled with a slow speed Scraped Surface Mixer. The presence of double High Shear Mixers along with Scraped Surface Mixer creates ample turbulence & agitation inside the tank, which results in efficient homogenisation of product including dispersion.
