This GEA Westfalia MSE 55 01 177 Milk Cream Separator is a standard Hot Milk Separator, in which the Cream Centripetal Pump is internal and on top of the Separator and being immersed in Cream during production, the inlet chamber is completely sealed off Hydro-Hermetically, from the outside atmosphere.
