    The Alfred & Co / Moody’s MiniMix 600 has been designed for those wishing to produce ice cream mix on a small industrial stage, either as newcomers to the industry or those moving up from the traditional artisan production. Themix plant blends the basic ingredients, pasteurises and cools ready for freezing of the ice cream mix.
