This is a complete Used 600 kg/hour Pasta Filata Cheese Processing Line manufactured by Almac SRL. It includes the model FT 25 stretching machine with a flat bottom which is designed for the continuous production of pasta filata, starting from minced curd at the right pH degree. This stretching machine is also suitable to produce Buffalo’s Milk Mozzarella, Cow’s Milk Mozzarella, Fior Di Latte and Scamorza.  It also includes the model FP 18 moulding machine which allows cylindrival or square section cheeses with weights ranging to 6kg to be obtained. This machine is suitable for the production of the following cheeses: Pizza cheeses from 250 GR to 6 KG and Provole from 400 GR to 2,3 KG.
