It allows treating both minimum and maximum charges with high flexibility and in an extremely short time. Thanks to the three-level double heating system, consumptions are reduced. New emulsifier Guarantees a micronized and perfectly homogeneous mix. It is very easy to remove and clean. New lid The new enforced lid is transparent and easy to take apart completely. Pro grid Stainless-steel made, safe and removable, allows adding solid ingredients even during the heating phase, without stopping the mixing and in total safety New tap The adjustable piston, equipped with a Chef handle, is removable and easy to clean even with a full hopper. New emulsifier Easy to remove and clean, is perfectly integrated by the spinner and the floating sensor, to process any kind of mix effectively. High production flexibility (55-170 lt) and storage flexibility (35-170 lt) The spinner speed varies automatically depending on the quantity of mix, which is measured by a floating sensor placed inside the tank; minimum and maximum charges are processed with the same efficiency, to grant the best possible heat transfer and to avoid foaming.
