    Description
    The APM emulsifier, integrated by the mixing wheel and the floating sensor, allows to process the mix in an extremely short time. Power and water consumption are reduced by approximately 30%. The quantity of mix is measured by a floating sensor. The speed of the mixing wheel and of the APM varies automatically according to the quantity of mix detected inside the tank; minimum and maximum charges are processed with the best possible efficiency. The PRO tap is removable and easy to clean, even during the pasteurization process, and with a full hopper.
