    Description
    A fully reconditioned 1000 litre batch mix processing plant from Mark. The skid mounted unit blends the basic ingredients, pasteurises, homogenises and cools ready for freezing of the ice cream mix. List of reconditioning work:
    • New stainless steel skid
    • New mixer motor covers
    • Reconditioning all mixer motors
    • All solenoid valves replaced with new
    • New water counter
    • Mix transfer pump fully serviced
    • New in-line product filter
    • All stainless steel pipework was renewed
    • Homogeniser serviced, including new valves, new seals and new balls
    • Plate heat exchanger - stripped, cleaned and re-assembled
    • New control panel fitted and wired
