    Description
    ROKK 600 litre pasteurisation tank, fitted with a high-speed agitator (2800 rpm), utilising hot water as a heat source or, upon request, steam. The heating medium flows into the jacket that is integrated into the wall and bottom of the pasteuriser. The tank has an electronic controller with a large LED display; it can be supplied with twin lifting lids or manway.
