    Description
    The IF 2000 Ingredient feeder from ROKK Processing is designed for controlled injection of a wide range of particulate ingredients into a continuous flow of ice cream. Nuts, nougat, chocolate, pieces of candied or fresh fruit and flakes can be added at preset volume and gently mixed with ice cream.
    The IF feeder would usually be employed in line with a continuous freezer and filling machine in order to produce enriched ice cream filled in cups, cones, bulk etc.
