Description
Based on the design of the Benhil Microfix, the ROKK Homogeniser is designed to rework and homogenise butter before packaging, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finished product. It gently kneads the butter to create a smooth, uniform texture while evenly distributing moisture and salt throughout the product.
The homogenising process also removes trapped air and breaks down larger water droplets into a fine dispersion, improving product stability, appearance, and shelf life. In addition, the machine can be used to reprocess off-spec butter, reducing product waste and maximising yield.
Typically installed between the butter churn or storage silo and the butter filling wrapping machine, the ROKK Butter Homogeniser provides a continuous, hygienic process that delivers consistent butter quality ready for packaging.
