Description
The RC 200 ripple pump from ROKK Processing is used to inject chocolate or syrup and similar products into the ice-cream as it extrudes from the continuous freezer. It is made up of a vat equipped with heating elements, with a discharge tap and pneumatic volumetric pump that doses the product.
The quantity of the chocolate or syrup injected can be varied by adjusting the flow of compressed air supplied to the piston of the pump. The air compressor is not included.
