Description

The ROKK RR2000 is a versatile yet compact rotary filler that is equally capable of being utilised as either a high-capacity (2,400 pieces per hour, per row) or high-volume (5 litre maximum fill volume) machine. To ensure that it is able to constantly run while producing a quality finished product, no expense has been spared on the construction with only the finest, well-known components and premium stainless steel and aluminium being used throughout.

The RR2000 consistently maintains accurate weight control and aesthetically pleasing fill designs and despite its wide-ranging functionality, is remarkably easy to operate due to its manual electrical control panel which can accommodate, and easily switch between, 10 predefined filling programs.

High output: Due to the interchangeable filling trays, the RR2000 offers controlled high output capabilities of either capacity or volume. It is possible to run up to four rows at a time, giving a total capacity of 8,400 pieces per hour.

Simple controls: All of the controls are electro-mechanical which keeps the machine simple, reliable and very easy to maintain without the need of expert engineering. The use of quick release pneumatic fittings allows a product change-over to be completed in around 10 to 15 minutes.

Over table workings: The above-table-workings use a well thought out combination of mechanical movements running from the heart of the machine and versatile pneumatics. ROKK only uses globally renowned Festo pneumatics on its machines to ensure worldwide back-up and support. Simultaneously, the unique twin grip container dispensing system makes light work of problem pots and lids.

Filling heads: The filling assembly is easily adaptable to suit individual needs and can be fitted with a wide range of nozzles for ripples, inclusions and a multitude of other options including colour separation. ROKK can also provide a wide range of nozzles for creating unique presentations of ice cream and sorbet.

Drive/Engine: The complete drive system is mechanical and uses a combination of standard off-the-shelf gearboxes and bespoke lift cams to ensure a smooth, robust and accurate movement.

Chassis: The chassis of the RR2000 is built entirely out of stainless steel and aluminium using plates up to 20mm thick.

Change parts: ROKK can supply a wide range of change parts including tubs, cups and cones from 50ml to 5000ml.
