The RR3800 is a formidable rotary ice cream filling machine, capable of facilitating up to 3,800 units (per row) every hour. With adjustable fill volumes of between 50ml and 1litre and a mechanical drive system that uses a combination of standard gearboxes and bespoke lift cams to ensure an accurate movement, the RR3800 is an extremely versatile machine that will have a positive impact on even the smoothest of production lines.

Strong, efficient and compact, each rotary ice cream filling machine is assembled on an over-sized stainless steel and aluminium chassis and uses only the very finest components. Coupled with simple electromechanical controls, the RR3800 guarantees unrivalled performance, control and reliability every time it is switched on.

The filling assembly of the RR3800 rotary ice cream filling machine is also easily adaptable to suit individual needs and can be fitted with a wide range of nozzles suitable for ripples, inclusions and a multitude of other options including colour separation.

Simultaneously, the unique twin grip container dispensing system makes light work of problem pots and lids.

Filling heads: The filling assembly is easily adaptable to suit individual needs and can be fitted with a wide range of nozzles for ripples, inclusions and a multitude of other options including colour separation. ROKK can also provide a wide range of nozzles for creating unique presentations of ice cream and sorbet.

Drive and Engine: The complete drive system is mechanical and uses a combination of standard off-the-shelf gearboxes and bespoke lift cams to ensure a smooth, robust and accurate movement.

Chassis: The chassis of the RR3800 is built entirely out of stainless steel and aluminium using plates up to 15mm thick.

Change parts: ROKK can supply a wide range of change parts including tubs, cups and cones from 50ml to 1000ml.

CIP: The RR3800 is fully CIP cleanable in line with a freezer and a fruit feeder.
