The package consists of the following machines;

ROKK 300 Litre Open Cooling Tank. These vertical tanks have a very small foot print and the compressor is mounted underneath the tank for extra space saving. ROKK RFE 200 Ice Cream Continuous Freezer. This machine produces gelato-quality ice cream on an industrial scale. Equipped with a self-contained freon refrigeration unit, these machinesare designed for easy installation and are simple, solid and dependable in use. The ROKK RFE is an incredibly efficient machine due to the ‘veloce-freeze’ ice cream barrel.This is the standard model withsingle piston pump and simple controls.
