    Description
    The FF20 Siemens ingredient feeder manufactured by Technogel is a machine that is used with the ice cream continuous freezer, to blend solid and small pieces of ingredients (such as nuts, chocolate chips, dried or candied fruits etc.) in the ice cream flow in order to obtain ice cream with inclusions. The machine can be thus directly connected to a cup, cone, container and tub filling machine. All motor reduction units (screw, mixer and piston) have been replaced with inverters to give wider and finer ranges of adjustment. The machines have been fitted with alphanumerical PLC which control and adjust all functions, and a self-diagnosis system is fitted to facilitate troubleshooting.
