Description
A 300 litre/hour batch mix plant from Technogel. The skid-mounted unit blends the basic ingredients, pasteurises, homogenises and cools ready for freezing of the ice cream mix. The plant also includes a Technogel 7.5 HP chilled water system suitable for cooling the mixing plant and several ageing tanks.
