    The CF 1200 is ideal for a small to medium-size ice cream factory. This is the standard model with a twin-piston volumetric mix pump and simple controls. The overrun can be adjusted from 30% up to 130% by injection of compressed air. It is a desirable machine for anyone looking to upgrade from artisan equipment and increase capacity.
