    Description

    The Tekna 5010 NFN Gelato Holding & Storage freezer is designed for maximum efficiency. Holds (48) standard 5 Liter pans of gelato or (7) standard size sheet pans. Tekna storage freezers have been carefully designed to store the maximum amount of gelato or confectionery in the minimum amount of space.When full, these cabinets can take the core temperature of your ice cream down to around –18C in less than 4 hours. When you don’t need the shock freeze option, you can simply alter the settings to use it as a storage cabinet.
