    A multifunctional bakery processor, for mixing cooking, pasteurising and freezing and dough food product. Multilingual display with 14 automatic and 10 adjustable cycles. Agitation and timing are adjustable, temperatures can be regulated from -15degC to +95degC to comply with several working procedures. The pasteurising and freezing cycle made in one cylinder assures perfect hygiene. A complete laboratory in one single unit.
