Description

This is a lightly used Tetra Pak® Ingredients Doser 2000 MS, an ice cream ingredient feeder manufactured in 2020 by Tetra Pak in Denmark. The machine has only 364 operating hours since new. The manually-controlled Tetra Pak® Ingredient Doser 2000 M3 is designed for the continuous injection of fruit pieces, nuts, candies, jams and other auger-conveyable ingredients into ice cream or similar products. The ingredient feeder is a self-contained unit ready to be connected to power and ice cream supply. From the hopper the ingredient is dosed by means of a helical dosing screw into the lamella pump, which gently delivers the ingredients into the ice cream steam. Further mixing is done in the inline mixer before the ice cream is passes through the outlet of the feeder.
