    Freezing, mixing and whipping of ice cream mix and air produce ice cream for recipe test production. The Tetra Pak Continuous Freezer KF 80 is a small scale of the larger Tetra Pak Continuous Freezers and is therefore capable of producing small quantities of ice cream with a fast start-up and a minimum loss of ice cream mix.
