    Description
    This is an R&D food laboratory plant manufactured by Tetra Pak. It was previously installed at a UK University and used for training students in food processing. The skid-mounted unit is complete with 3x Diessel mixing tanks, each equipped with agitation and the possibility of heating with steam or cooling with chilled water. It also includes an FBF homogeniser with 100 litres per hour capacity and a maximum working pressure of 200 bar (20 MPa), CIP pump and intergrated control panel (with an inbuilt chart recorder) to operate the plant.
