Description

A pre-owned Tetra Pak StraightLine 1100-F2 ice cream extrusion line (Year 2008), previously in continuous full-scale production and operating successfully until the end of 2025. The line became available following the installation of a higher-capacity system. Dismantling was carried out by a former Tetra Pak engineer, and the equipment is currently in storage and available for inspection upon request.

The line is configured for Magnum-style stick products (90 ml), with 3-rows and an approximate output capacity of up to 27,000 pieces per hour, depending on product type and specification.

This setup offers a fully integrated production solution, covering the entire process from extrusion through to final primary packaging, and is designed to deliver consistent output, high product quality, and efficient operation.

  • 1× Hoyer Worktable
    Tetra Pak Hoyer worktables are integral to ice cream extrusion lines, providing operators with direct access to freshly extruded products for inspection, quality control, and manual adjustments before final hardening.
  • 1× Hoyer Dino N2
    A multi-lane transfer system engineered to automatically transfer stick products from the extrusion work table to the downstream packaging process, ensuring smooth, synchronized product handling and minimal downtime between stages.
  • 1 × Hoyer Flowrap MW 1700
    A high-speed, multi-lane flow-wrapping machine designed specifically for the ice cream industry. It enables automated wrapping of individual or multi-pack frozen novelties, including products such as ice cream sticks, bars, sandwiches, cones, and wafer cups, using hot- or cold-sealable packaging materials.
  • 1 × Cooling Tunnel
    The cooling tunnel, also known as a hardening tunnel, uses high-velocity cold air to quickly freeze extruded ice cream products, ensuring structural stability, product consistency, and efficient transfer to downstream processes.
