Used Koruma DISHO S180/3500 (Fryma) Stainless Steel Industrial Vacuum High Shear Mixer and Jacketed Universal Cooker, manufactured in 2000, designed for industrial mixing, blending, emulsifying, homogenising, heating and processing liquid, semi-liquid and viscous products.

Manufactured by Koruma, Germany, this heavy-duty stainless steel processing vessel features a nominal capacity of 3,500 litres, jacketed heating system, high shear mixing arrangement, internal multi-blade contra rotating scraped surface mixer, vacuum processing capability and integrated stainless steel product handling pipework.

The plant is mounted within a heavy-duty stainless steel support structure with elevated access platform, mounted on load cells, stainless steel pipework, process instrumentation, pneumatic valves and touchscreen operator controls.
