Description

This is a used Simon Freres KM 1000 Constistock Bulk Butter Packer equipped with a Hopper and Screw mechanism. The Simon Freres KM 1000 Constistock Bulk Butter Packer is designed to efficiently bulk pack Butter or Margarine into Plastic Lines Cardboard Carton Boxes upto 25kg (Adjustable Volume) with an output capacity of up to 5,000 kg per hour. It features an integrated Hopper and a Twin Screw Auger for optimal product handling. This semi-automatic carton box filler is specifically engineered for the bulk packaging of butter, ensuring that there is no kneading effect or damage to the product's texture. The extruder is constructed from stainless steel and includes two stainless steel augers, along with a switch to halt the filling process. Currently held as stock at Machinery World Ltd (Wolvey), this machine is available for immediate sale.
