This is a Alfa Laval H4-PSG Cream Cooler Plate Heat Exchanger, which is skid mounted and has a capacity of 500 LPH of Cream, cooling Cream from 50 deg C to 4 deg C, in single pass. This Skid mounted Tetra Pak H4-PSG Plate Heat Exchanger also includes 200L Stainless Steel Balance Tank with High & Low Level Probes, Alfa Laval SRU3/027/LS Positive Lobe Pump for Cream with has a maximum capacity of approx 1,000 LPH and driven by Frequency Controlled Inverter for Speed Control to match the capacity of the Alfa Laval H4-PSD Plate Heat Exchanger. Also included on the Cream Cooler Skid are 7 inch APV Puma Pump and fully Integrated Manual Control Panel with ABB Frequency Controlled Inverter.
