An APV Gaulin 37 aseptic machine forhigh-pressure homogenisation of emulsions and suspensions. The product is pumped under high pressure into the homogenising device. In the device the product is forced through a small annular gap where the pressure transform into high velocity. Extreme turbulence and cavitation effectively reduce the size of liquid droplets and solid particles.

This is a Used 2,900 LPH APV Gaulin Type 37-3 6BX Homogeniser which is a ball valve machine & has a max. working pressure of 3600 psi (250 bar).
