The Age 60+60 XPL model consists of two independent tanks with separate cooling system to handle two distinct mixes.
Suitable for large gelato shops and is used for storage of base mixes. After pasteurization, the mix is transferred to the aging vats, where it is stored and aged at 4°C, safe from bacterial contamination for up to 72 hours.
