    Description

    This decanter has been designed for the production of casein. The machine is completely CIP-cleanable. The liquid phase is discharged under pressure via a centripetal pump. The solids is discharged in an open system by gravity via a funnel. The product connections can be flanges according to DIN 2633 or connections according to ISO 2852 (TriClamp). The machine is driven by a frequency controlled 3-phase AC motor via V-belts. The differential speed is torque controlled by a 2-gear drive. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel.
