ROKK RP 200 Ice Cream Ripple Sauce Pump

Description

The RP 200 ripple pump from ROKK Processing is used to inject syrup and similar products into the ice-cream as it extrudes from the continuous freezer. It is made up of a vat with a discharge tap and pneumatic volumetric pump that doses the product.

The quantity of the syrup injected can be varied by adjusting the flow of compressed air supplied to the piston of the pump. The air compressor is not included.
