Description
- The spray dryer (Anhydro) was built in 1966, several renewalshave beendone on it. The spray dryer has a capacity of 500kg SMP/h. The Evaporator (Wiegand) was built in 1980. In 2008the spray dryer was upgradedandequippedwith up to date Siemens S7/ Wonderware Intouch control system. The evaporatorwill need a new control system fitted.Atomization of the product possible with nozzle or rotary wheel. Air heated with steam. There’s no internal, but an external fluid bed, cyclone and bag filter (not for CIP cleaning). The system also includes a Niro – Atomizer Spray Nozzle x2 Model: F35.
